Whatever requires anonymity to share, deserves more voice and validation! The moment you want to be invisible, is the moment when you require to be seen as who you are without judgement! And when you are looking up for local support groups or even find yourself searching for similar groups on social media (because obviously, local groups are not there or you fear losing the anonymity), you require a sense of belonging and above all a safe space!
Frequently not asked questions belong to those, who have so many questions, but they just can't ask, because there's too much guilt or shame or they've been dismised all their lives for asking a silly question! In most cases this happens because of deep rooted confidence issues or untreated trauma or unhealed childhood wounds and so many other reasons.
I am creating posts labeled as "FnAQ" for sharing such questions and the answers from my perspective or the topic experts I know from my network. I have been building up my database for such kind of questions since the lockdown in March 2020. Admittedly a few questions come from the people I personally know. Most of the questions come from my extended network consisting of various age groups and ethnicity! Rest assured the anonymity is guarded at all times! There are also some questions that have been asked and answered online on different forums which I was curious to answer in a different way!
